These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TopTuber app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
TopTuber provides research and planning tools, analytics, and an AI assistant to help creators work on their content. The app is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the app.
Some features use in-app tokens, called "stars". Stars may be granted by us (for example, on sign-up or as a daily bonus) or purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Stars have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the policies of the app store through which you bought them, which govern your purchase. We may change token costs and grants over time.

TopTuber uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. TopTuber is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or Apple.
The AI assistant and the app's suggestions and analytics are provided "as is" for your reference. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for how you use them. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or performance from using the app.
The app, its design, and its content (excluding content you submit) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us the permissions needed to operate the app and provide the features you use.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and TopTuber only, and not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
