TopTuber ("we", "us", or "our") provides tools and insights that help creators research and plan content for YouTube. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the TopTuber app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address, the sign-in method you choose (email and password, Google, or Apple), and your platform (iOS or Android).
• Purchases — when you buy token packs, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a transaction record (such as a product and order identifier) to credit your account. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.
• Device and technical data — your device platform, app version, language/locale, time zone, and (if you enable notifications) a push notification token, so we can deliver notifications and run the app reliably.
• Content you provide — information you enter into the tools, such as a video link, a keyword, a channel handle or URL you connect, or a prompt you send to the in-app AI assistant.
• Usage data — your in-app token ("stars") balance and basic information about the features you use, to operate the service and prevent abuse.
• Public YouTube data — we retrieve publicly available information (such as video and channel statistics) through the YouTube Data API to power the research tools. We do not access your private YouTube account.

How we use information

We use the information to provide and maintain the app and its tools; process purchases and manage your token balance; send notifications you have enabled; keep the service secure and prevent abuse; and comply with our legal obligations.

AI assistant

Prompts you send to the in-app assistant are processed by our AI provider to generate a response. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in your prompts. AI-generated suggestions are provided for your reference and may not be accurate or complete.

YouTube API Services

TopTuber uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of data obtained through these services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and manage the data Google holds about you, and revoke this app's access, via the Google security settings page. TopTuber is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy:

• Google Firebase — push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting
• Google and Apple — sign-in
• Apple App Store and Google Play — in-app purchases
• OpenAI — the AI assistant
• YouTube Data API — public YouTube data

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers above as needed to operate the app, or when required by law or to protect our rights and our users. We require these providers to handle your information in a manner consistent with this policy.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account); this removes your account and associated data, subject to any retention required by law or by the app stores for purchase records.

Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

• turn notifications on or off in your device settings;
• delete your account and associated data in the app (Profile → Delete account);
• revoke this app's Google access from your Google account permissions; and
• request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at support@toptuber.app.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

TopTuber is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
